So it took a few more days than I anticipated, but I finally reached my goal of being under 200 lbs. Turns out whenever you drop about 20 lbs you should update your
myfitnesspal app to reflect the new weight and it will tell you your new daily caloric goal. I've been eating almost 1700 calories a day when I should have been around 1560. And this is to just lost 1 pound a week. I've been upping my steps and finally doing squats, lunges and push ups as well.
In another 20 lbs I'm going to focus on toning.
Eat less, move more.
