185



On my weight loss journey I've hit this brick wall more often than I care for.  Got down to 185 last week, then back to 190 this morning.  Carbs are my enemy, but taste so good.

I'm learning that self control is something I possess but don't use often.  While I've got good with exercising, those damn carbs are trying to take control.  Hot & Spicy Cheez-its, bread, rolls, MUFFINS..how I love thee, but it's time to say goodbye for a while.

I can do this.  Plus my husband said that if I weigh less than him (he's currently 175) then I can demand he go walking with me cos he's fatter than me.  Challenge accepted.

Eat less, move more.
